Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources professional to join their high-growth journey. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic startup environments and are passionate about shaping people strategy and company culture from the ground up.
This role will take ownership of recruitment, employer branding, and compensation & benefits, while also playing a critical part in building employee engagement and organizational culture across the company and its wider ecosystem of portfolio businesses.
Responsiblities:
- Design long-term and short-term hiring strategies with leadership
- Own end-to-end recruitment, attract top-tier talent via multiple channels
- Lead employer branding efforts and champion company culture
- Support OKRs, goal setting, and employee development frameworks
- Drive engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs
Requirements:
- Experience working in HR dept in start-up environment (70% recruitment & EB, 30% C&B)
- Able to work in a flexible manner across time zones and teams
- Fluent English communication
- Experience in web3 is a plus
