Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, integrated solutions across multiple systems and services.
- Build high volume, high performance, low latency, mission critical applications.
- Develop clean, maintainable, reliable, and well tested code.
- Perform code reviews and maintain strong test coverage.
- Continuously improve software development processes, engineering practices, and tools.
- Leverage AI assisted development and stay up to date with modern technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development; banking, payments, or financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong Java skills and proficiency in at least one additional programming language.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
- Hands on experience with Spring Framework, JUnit, web services, and application development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English for effective collaboration with local and international teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, results driven environment.
