Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior experience in software development within the finance, payment, or banking sector is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Java and at least one additional programming language.
- Solid knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as Spring and jUnit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience in managing teams.
