Main Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on fundraising transactions across all subsidiary types, collaborating with law firms and internal Legal teams.
- Advise on and implement corporate governance matters, aligning with both Singapore and US securities laws, in partnership with specialized lawyers.
- Develop and oversee internal policies related to legal compliance, adhering to listed company standards.
- Manage legal compliance in transactions, intellectual property matters, and labor/HR issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in one or more of the following: business/corporate management, labor law, intellectual property, transactional law (commodities, fundraising, M&A, etc.).
- Proven expertise in advising on transactions, legal issues with international components, or involving foreign partners.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and travel as needed.
- Demonstrated dedication, responsibility, and discipline.
- Honesty, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus.
