JOB OVERVIEW
As a business partner, the Senior Manager, Country Technology Management (CTM) is primarily responsible for managing and delivering the Bank's technology services, as well as supporting business activities across business segments. The Senior Manager, CTM is also responsible for ensuring full compliance with all Country and Group policies (including consistency in execution), statutory regulations, local banking laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and industry practices.
The Senior Manager, CTM is responsible for country/regional business engagement and communication in order to influence and drive the country/future region's technology agenda in accordance with Group Technology strategy, orchestrating seamless support from all technology players to ensure delivery of the best technology solutions on time, within budget, with the fewest risks, and with the highest service continuity.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring that all technology service needs, regardless of type, are met in order to meet any existing SLAs and/or reasonable business expectations in the country/region.
- Monitoring the progress of Group Technology service improvement initiatives for the country/region, escalating and contributing ideas as needed;
- Ensure that an adequate capacity plan is in place to meet the demands of business growth and transformative projects.
- Provide leadership in large business-driven projects to ensure minimal manual hand-off processes while maintaining good technology service metrics (Delivery timeline, Business Benefits metrics etc)
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve client experience through changes, the introduction of new technologies, and innovation in order to increase revenue potential.
- Facilitate/coordinate business-facing forums (as needed), involving Group Technology personnel. Ensure that the Country Management Team, Country Operations Risk Committee (CRC), major initiative country implementation, and project steering committees have appropriate executive forum representation.
