Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Own the design and execution of a highly reliable, high-performance system software platform dedicated to AI services.

Team Management: Define development processes and mentor a diverse team of both junior and senior System Software Engineers.

CI/CD Excellence: Oversee the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for complex system software.

Global Collaboration: Take accountability for the platform’s lifecycle, working closely with testing, support, and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Innovation: Drive creative solutions that ensure the AI software suite exceeds customer expectations in terms of efficiency and impact.
Required Skills & Experience

Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Leadership: 5+ years of proven experience in managing and scaling engineering teams.

Domain Expertise: 8+ years of overall software experience with a strong grasp of AI products and MLOps.

Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of system platforms used for the continuous delivery of AI/ML services.

Mindset: Highly motivated, creative, and driven by delivering tangible value.
Preferred Qualifications

Platform Conception: Experience building complex AI/ML delivery platforms from initial concept to final deployment.

Low-Level Development: Strong background in low-level GPU programming, performance analysis, and optimization.

CUDA/Embedded Expertise: Proficiency in CUDA programming and the ability to provide "hands-on" technical guidance for embedded software development.
