Responsibilities:

Build and enhance AI language models for key NLP tasks like translation and sentiment analysis.

Deploy and integrate models across different language pairs within broader project ecosystems.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and optimize NLP solutions.
-
Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune model performance to uphold top-tier quality.
Qualifications:
-
Solid background in NLP and machine learning, especially with Vietnamese language applications.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields — or equivalent experience.
-
5+ years in NLP/ML roles for senior-level positions, with leadership experience preferred.
-
Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
-
Additional language proficiency (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin).
-
Experience with the NeMo framework.
-
Familiarity with Slurm, Kubernetes (k8s), or similar technologies.
