About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager or Principal Product Manager to play a key role in defining and building core products within a new Super App platform.
This position sits on the business side, ideal for professionals passionate about product strategy, user insights, and ecosystem design. You will translate business vision into actionable plans for product and engineering teams while collaborating across functions to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more Super App domains, such as:

Onboarding / eKYC

Platform & Integration Layer

Loyalty, Engagement, and Promotion Systems

Chat / Communication Platform

Conduct market research, user insight analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and define product direction.

Translate strategic and business goals into detailed product concepts, policies, and requirements.

Collaborate closely with Technology, Design, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure product initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with company objectives.

Define and monitor success metrics, iterating to optimize user experience and business performance.

Contribute to the broader Super App ecosystem strategy, identifying opportunities to boost engagement, retention, and monetization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related fields.

5–15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or similar roles in digital, technology, or platform-based businesses.

Proven track record in building or scaling platform products, super apps, fintech, or digital ecosystems is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of business analysis, market trends, and product lifecycle management.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to balance user experience and business needs.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
