Job Description
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of cash management, mutual fund, and wealth products, from initial concept through launch and continuous optimization. This involves collaborating with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and business to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for cash management products within your product scope, considering market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
- Work across teams, contributing insights, ideas, and features to build a unified product roadmap strategy.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks related to cash management, mutual funds, and wealth products, such as liquidity risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze data to provide recommendations and execute product experiments aimed at improving key metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development with a solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and cash management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
