Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining, developing, and launching products that meet market needs and stakeholder expectations. You’ll oversee the product lifecycle from strategy and planning to implementation and performance evaluation, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy, including roadmap, operating model, and pricing structure.
- Lead the product lifecycle: from concept and planning to implementation and market release.
- Continuously monitor product performance and refine features or strategy when necessary.
- Balance priorities between user experience, business goals, performance, and post-launch support.
- Coordinate with analysts, developers, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment through positive influence and leadership.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Manage and track project budgets to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes within approved budgets and quality expectations.
- Evaluate project success based on initial objectives and use insights for future improvement.
- Document project stages and ensure information is organized and accessible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management roles.
- Proven background in product management.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities for managing multiple stakeholders.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and engage.
- Knowledge of risk management practices to identify and reduce legal or operational risks.
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification is a plus.
