Your Role and Responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead project teams from requirements definition through deployment and post-production support
- Manage enterprise application development and support engagements
- Drive project governance, budget, scope, and timelines
- Coordinate company resources, clients, and third-party vendors
- Ensure contractual and business deliverables are achieved
- Manage stakeholder communication and escalation handling
- Lead project staffing and resource planning
- Provide status updates and executive reporting

- Budget and cost management
- Risk and issue management
- Team leadership across global/offshore teams
- Client relationship management
- Contract compliance
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong project management experience
- Experience managing enterprise application projects
- Fluent Japanese communication (speaking, reading, writing)
- English ↔ Japanese translation capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and creative problem-solving capability
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- PMP certification
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- JLPT N1–N3 certification
- Multi-vendor project management experience
