Overview
- We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards across our varied software solutions—including enterprise platforms, AI-driven systems, and 3D applications—by crafting and implementing thorough testing approaches
- While our preference is for team members to work on-site at our Ho Chi Minh City office, we are open to hybrid work arrangements where suitable.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineers and project stakeholders to understand functional requirements and ensure delivery of reliable solutions
- Create, document, and manage the lifecycle of bugs and issues
- Enhance testing workflows and contribute to the development of more effective QA tools
- Build and maintain automated test cases to safeguard product performance and reliability
- Engage in code reviews, offering QA insights and suggestions for improvement
- Conduct REST API testing to validate system integration and performance
Basic Qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software quality control or quality assurance roles
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- A strong academic record during university will be a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in building and executing automated testing frameworks
- Practical experience in testing REST API endpoints
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language commonly used in web or API testing
- Solid communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with Next.js and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with MySQL
- Exposure to testing AI-driven applications
- Understanding of Azure DevOps and cloud-based platforms
