1. Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Management
- Identify and attract top talent through job boards, networking, and direct headhunting.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, including resume advice, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Provide market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and placement fees.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client portfolio.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to build professional connections.
Recruitment Process Management
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and quality placements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
2. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or specialized sector.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work under pressure.
