Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Lead (HCMC)

    Responsibilities

    As a Senior Consultant/Team Lead, your main responsibility will be creating a sector and delivering high quality of services to both candidates and clients with clear objectives in achieving a set goal of the company. This is a role for an outgoing hungry individual seeking career progression into management.

    Job description:

    • Explore new clients, work with existing clients and support staffs to fill their vacancies, establish long-term professional association relationship with both candidates and client.
    • Visit the client when needed for a face-to-face recruitment consulting or understanding of the job requirement.
    • Source, engage, and manage candidates through the full cycle recruitment process for entry through Director-level roles.
    • Recruit, train, and manage the team to perform and provide sustainable services. Retain talented team members or subordinates, delegate effectively, and support staff performance.
    • Strong negotiating and closing skills.
    • Achieve defined KPI and meet TAT.
    • Maintain a pool of talent by sourcing CVs regularly and interviewing candidates for existing and future employment opportunities.
    • Inform latest client job vacancies on our company portal to Admin and IT Department.
    • Use various channels for recruitment thereby utilized and implements creative recruitment solutions in order to fill vacancies with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
    • Ensure timely reporting and analysis to the Line Manager that reflects recruitment, staffing performance and alignment with strategic goals of the company

    Skills & Traits that we are looking for in our team:

    • Drive and passion to succeed and to be a good role model to our Associate Consultants.
    • A forward thinker with the ability to problem-solve and meet the challenges we face.
    • Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience in a 360 position or a genuine interest in construction or engineering.
    • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

    You will have a positive mindset, willingness to learn, can quickly shake off the hurdles that come in recruitment and want to immerse yourself in the sector you recruit within. Experience recruiting positions in Power/Energy, Construction, Transmission & Distribution or broader Engineering fields will be highly valued and give you an excellent grounding for success at

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrate that you have at least 2-3 years strong expertise across the full 360 recruitment cycle including New Business, Client Management and Candidate sourcing.
    • Career driven individual who is able to work unsupervised and has what it takes to build a successful division.
