Role Description
- Establish action plan for sales promotions for all client's products
- Drive sales growth through maximization of resources and execution of market segment strategies by client and partner products.
- Secure active customer relation data management within the assigned area
- Establish / maintain campaign results report to track progress and impact of marketing initiatives and take appropriate actions in case of deviation
- Achieve sales target set by management in assigned area.
- Assist ASM in supporting channel partners technically.
- Provide market and competitor intelligence on monthly base
- Monitor customer, competitor activity & gather general market information and feedback to headquarter
- Create and maintain strong customer relationship with top notch customer service
- Ensure Code of Conduct compliances
Education:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Additional sales or business administration qualification is preferred
Work experience:
- 5 years sales experience in the multi-national industrial environment, preferably with wire processing machines, with more than 3 years in sales management
- Good basic understanding in industrial machinery, automation and software
Other requirement criteria
- Proven team leading competence
- Intermediate working knowledge of Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics CRM package
- Knowledge on lean office methodology
- Readiness for travelling, up to 30% of time
- Flair for a technology driven environment
- English (Advanced Level)
