Senior Sales Executive

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Drive growth in banquet and catering services by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts, to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, corporate partners, and industry contacts.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and banquet operations teams to customize menus and ensure the seamless execution of all events.
    • Proactively resolve any issues during events and gather client feedback to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a key brand ambassador at networking functions and industry events to enhance brand visibility and secure new business.

    Job Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in hospitality, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in banquet, catering, or luxury events.
    • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation, combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in market research and data analysis to identify trends and understand customer behavior.
    • A strong existing client network in Hanoi is a significant advantage.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
