Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients within assigned territory through direct sales activities.
- Build and manage sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts with internal stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients and intermediaries through contract signing.
- Maintain an overview of new and lost clients to identify market trends and competitive movements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maximize cross-selling and sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with intermediaries/partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services.
- Experience in direct sales and/or channel sales.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and economic conditions.
- Experience in defining and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and risk management, including credit and risk methodologies.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Team leadership experience is an advantage.
