JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to support Web Application WAF services in APAC regional. The role is an APAC SME for on-prem WAF and cloud WAF solution.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work close with WAF operations team for day-to-day WAF operations, management and administration
- Consult with internal customers for customers' application security
- Collaborate with global WAF SME for design, architecture, and enhancement of the services
- Support WAF service manager to deliver WAF services to APAC customers
- Creates reports in WAF
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experiences in Information security
- 2+ years of experiences in Web Application Firewall, Imperva and/or Akamai
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer support
- Ability to work within targets and deadlines with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills, interpersonal, oral, and written in English
