1. Responsibilities
The HR Trainer plays a crucial role in the Learning and Development team, primarily focusing on onboarding, welcoming, engaging new employees, supporting various HR operations, and monitoring/reporting training effectiveness. This role may evolve to include responsibilities in designing and developing training programs, particularly in the context of soft skills development for expatriate employees in the context of soft skills development for expatriate employees in the IT solution industry.
Training Program Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, with a particular emphasis on onboarding, engagement, and HR operations.
- Craft engaging and culturally sensitive instructional materials for expatriate learners.
Training Delivery:
- Deliver high-impact training sessions, both in-person and through virtual platforms, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement.
- Tailor training delivery to accommodate different learning styles and international audiences.
Training Effectiveness Monitoring:
- Analyze training effectiveness through data collection and feedback mechanisms.
- Generate detailed reports and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Instructional Design Expertise (Potential):
- Collaborate in the design and development of training programs, especially in the context of soft skills development for expatriate employees.
- Ensure training content is aligned with the organization's goals and values.
Relocation Support:
- Provide guidance and support to expatriate employees during the relocation.
2. Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience to take in charge as a trainer is a must.
- Used to working in an IT company is an advantage OR working in the Financial/ banking industry.
- Have the ability to communicate in English.
- Experience with public speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
