Job Overview:
- To control overall about: human, productivity, quality &company regulation.
- The Production manager is responsible for controlling production activities, ensuring the completion of tasks according to the plan and technical process.
Responsibilities:
- Control production activities.
- Receive and implement production plan.
- Organize work assignment reasonably, urge, check and control production staff to follow the correct process to ensure work efficiency and schedule as request. Guide the contents of the process to junior.
- Review, edit and approve plans and reports
- Control all machinery, equipment, materials, finished products. Ensure materials and goods are arranged in the right place, not damaged.
- Regularly check the operation of machines and equipment and promptly detect damage, report to relevant departments for handling so as not to affect production progress much. Proposing the purchase of new equipment to replace machines and equipment that are no longer usable.
- Coordinate with related departments to build production process, product quality management process.
- Based on the actual production situation, coordinate with HRD to recruit more operators if necessary.
- Take responsibility to senior for activities and progress of production.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior.
- Propose innovation method to Technician
- Select and train supervisors and team leaders in the production floor. Coordinate with related departments to organize training courses to improve operators' skills.
- Build and maintain a clean, safe and fire-preventing working environment in the factory.
- Build and maintain good working relationship among operator in factory
- Disseminate specific new policies and regulations of the company to operator
- Receives comments and feedback from operator and submit to senior for consideration.
- Make periodical work reports according to the company's regulations.
- Other tasks as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Garment & Textiles.
- Fluent in English (4 skills).
- Relevant experience in production management.
