Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for PV silicon wafer to meet customer requirement
• Work with Engineers/Operators/Technicians to achieve the productivity and the yield
• Coordinate daily wire sawing operation team activities and ensure job is carried out as instructed
• Utilize fundamental understanding of engineering knowledge to operate wire sawing ,PU product process to manufacture solar grade silicon wafer.
• Identify and monitor critical parameters and address factors that impact process control, yield and throughput
• Find root cause failure analysis for existing processes.
• Provide engineering solutions through data analysis to support quality assurance, customer complaint evaluations, process managements, and problem troubleshooting
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Minitab(stats), Auto CAD and other computer software is strongly preferred).

Necessary:
- Over 10-15 Years of relevant technical experience.
- Ability to work well with other engineers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and be able to prioritize.
- A good understanding of materials such as diamond wire and diamond tool and mechanics such as fluid movement and automation to manufacture silicon wafer for semi-conductor or solar applications preferred.
- Ability to do data analysis using engineering statistical methods preferred.
- Should be a team player and should work with operators of the wire saw, gluing station and as well as work with engineers from different departments.
- Knowledge of or ability to understand operational excellence principles and tools, such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma

• B.E/B.Tech/B.S (Materials, Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, and so on)
