Solution Architect (Data & AI)

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical sales engagements and collaborate with enterprise clients to shape Data and AI strategies while developing impactful use cases.

• Design and architect modern data ecosystems, including data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, streaming, and analytics platforms using tools like Spark, Flink, Kafka, Databricks, and Snowflake across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Establish and implement data governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance policies aligned with DAMA-DMBOK principles.

• Build and optimize MLOps and LLMOps pipelines to enable scalable AI/ML model lifecycle management.

• Develop pre-sales assets such as solution templates, demos, and estimations to support go-to-market activities.

• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

• Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 25%).

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in Data & AI, including:

  • 4+ years specializing in AI/ML with hands-on exposure to GenAI or LLM projects.

  • 5+ years in data engineering, data platforms, or data governance.

• Experience with GenAI tools such as MCP, A2A, Langgraph, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, and OpenAI APIs/SDKs.

• Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, Go).

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.

• Experience working effectively with distributed or global teams.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain.
