Requirements:
- Proven solid experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing markets relevant to the industry, with well-established professional connections.
- Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to forecast demand, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and global suppliers.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness and readiness to be based in China to support local and regional operations, working closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams on site.
