Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop competitive suppliers in Vietnam to support factory operations.
- Conduct surveys and market research to ensure a robust supplier base.
- Organize and manage cost control meetings with factory procurement teams.
- Implement cost reduction activities to support factories.
- Handle ASEAN centralized contracts, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the export business to other countries.
- Perform additional purchasing tasks as required by the Manager.
- Handle documentation for shipping goods, including Purchase Orders (PO), Packing Lists (PL), invoices, Bill of Lading (BL), PSI control, and customs clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good at English working skills both speaking and writing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing/development and cost control strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
