MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES
- Develop and implement a strategic crop and seed supply strategy designed to meet the specific requirements of the Asian market.
- Work closely with a varied network of production partners to guarantee punctual delivery and top-notch quality of our seeds.
- Immerse yourself in the field, literally, by personally visiting growers and vendors to observe the effectiveness of our crops firsthand.
- Utilize your strategic acumen to analyze production data and enhance performance, all while ensuring cost-effectiveness remains a priority.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field is required (Master's degree is a plus!).
- Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in crop and seed supply and production.
- Must be open to frequent travel to both domestic and international destinations.
- A forward-thinking individual with a talent for strategic planning and market analysis.
- Possesses technical proficiency in crop and seed production, along with exceptional organizational abilities.
- A skilled communicator who excels in fostering robust relationships across various levels of the organization and externally.
- Someone who embraces diversity and adeptly navigates multicultural environments.
