South Sales Manager

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Lead and develop the South sales team (including specification roles) to achieve revenue targets.
    • Manage and grow distribution channels; identify projects and collaborate with stakeholders to win sales.

    • Build strong account relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.

    • Develop sales strategies and pricing policies to support market competitiveness.

    • Conduct high-level negotiations with customers and partners.

    • Drive specification activities with architects, consultants, and project decision-makers.

    • Monitor competitors and propose effective counter-strategies.

    • Ensure accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting.

    • Collaborate effectively with internal functions to ensure smooth operations.

    • Handle customer issues professionally while maintaining company reputation.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    • 8–10 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in insulation, building materials, or related industries.

    • Strong knowledge of construction industry workflow & decision-making processes.

    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.

    • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
