Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions focused on NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and foundation models.
- Support the optimization and scaling of AI models to ensure strong performance, reliability, and production readiness.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and model architectures to recommend suitable technical approaches.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI solutions into cloud, GPU, and enterprise environments.
- Participate in building training and inference pipelines for large-scale AI applications.
- Mentor junior team members and maintain technical documentation based on implementation outcomes and best practices.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of hands on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning projects within enterprise or large scale environments.
- Experience training, fine tuning, or deploying AI models in areas such as NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI; exposure to LLMs or foundation models is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI pipelines, GPU computing, cloud platforms, and model deployment workflows.
- Strong problem solving skills with experience contributing to complex AI initiatives and technical evaluations.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, collaborate across teams, and ensure compliance with security and data quality standards.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Candidates with postgraduate education or training from reputable universities are preferred.
- Professional certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, distributed systems, or GPU computing are considered an advantage.
- Experience participating in applied AI research, R&D programs, or research to production initiatives is a plus.
