Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead the sales team, manage the sales process and drive overall business performance.
- Analyze key business metrics including APT, UPT, conversion, retention, customer insights and product performance.
- Prepare business reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales results.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures, visual merchandising and premium brand standards.
- Recruit, train, coach and motivate the team while managing attendance, shifts and workforce planning.
- Build a high-performing team and foster a professional service-oriented culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including growing the VIP customer base.
- Oversee product receiving, sales, stock control and inventory management.
- Monitor product performance, market trends and competitor activities.
- Support merchandise planning, product selection and buying activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of management experience in luxury retail, preferably in Watches & Jewelry or Fashion.
- Strong leadership, sales, customer relationship and team management skills.
- Solid analytical and operational management capabilities.
- Proficiency in English; French, Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
