Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Account Development

Spot and cultivate fresh business prospects within current and new client portfolios to build comprehensive technology and innovation partnerships.

Partner with internal sales and engineering departments to define, negotiate, and finalize high-value strategic deals.

Oversee account profitability, legal contracts, and governance structures to maintain business health.

Convert client needs into practical development plans, driving upsell and cross-sell activities.
Client Relationship Management

Establish and nurture reliable partnerships with executive-level decision-makers, serving as the lead contact for strategic projects.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s technological ecosystem and business objectives to position the firm as a preferred long-term partner.

Facilitate regular business reviews and executive touchpoints to maintain high satisfaction and continuous growth.
Partnership & Ecosystem Enablement

Manage local engagement with key cloud and DLT partners to encourage collaborative selling and delivery within enterprise accounts.

Design and execute joint business plans with partners, conducting quarterly performance evaluations focused on revenue milestones.
-
Maintain strong ties with partner sales and architecture teams to ensure our projects remain highly visible within their ecosystem.
Collaboration & Leadership

Coordinate with global engineering teams to guarantee the successful delivery of complex client programs.

Act as a thought leader on modern technology trends affecting the financial services landscape.

Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events to bolster our market standing in Vietnam and the wider APAC region.
Required Skills & Experience
-
8+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or senior IT leadership within tech consulting or financial services.
-
A history of managing multi-million dollar accounts and overseeing large-scale digital transformation programs.
-
Deep knowledge of cloud migration, digital banking, and blockchain/DLT.
-
Proven ability to hit revenue targets and execute long-term strategic account plans.
-
Superior communication and negotiation skills, specifically when dealing with CIOs, CTOs, and COOs.
-
A strategic mindset paired with an entrepreneurial, hands-on work ethic.
-
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
-
An existing professional network within Tier 1 Vietnamese financial institutions is highly preferred.
