Key responsibilities:
-
Manage daily production with contract manufacturers across China and Southeast Asia.

Conduct factory visits to ensure output, resolve issues, and maintain company standards.

Oversee production planning, quality control, and on-time delivery.
-
Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and external suppliers.
-
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, communication, and supplier performance.
-
Support global manufacturing and sourcing strategy for growth and scalability.
-
Identify and onboard new manufacturing partners to strengthen the supply base.
-
Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, capacity, and long-term agreements.
-
Develop supply chain risk management strategies.
-
Align manufacturing capabilities with product development and company roadmaps.
Key Qualifications:
-
7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, contract manufacturing, or supply chain management.

Extensive experience working directly with factories in China & APAC
-
Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
-
Proven ability to thrive in hands-on, factory-facing environments.
-
Willingness and ability to travel overseas with extended site visits.
-
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international supplier relationships.
-
Track record of balancing tactical operational needs with strategic planning.
-
Excellent cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
