Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting & Logistics Management
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across production, warehousing, distribution, and retail channels.
- Lead short, medium, and long-term supply planning to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, packaging, storage, and transportation for high-value products.
- Drive logistics optimization initiatives to improve delivery speed, inventory flow, and cost efficiency.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Develop and manage supplier strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability.
- Evaluate supplier performance and establish continuous improvement programs.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract terms.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, and reverse logistics activities.
- Define quality standards and collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance throughout the supply chain.
Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies across the supply chain.
- Oversee QA/QC processes to maintain product quality and operational excellence.
- Monitor compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and transportation standards where applicable.
Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
- Monitor key supply chain performance indicators through daily operational dashboards.
- Conduct regular site visits to warehouses, retail stores, manufacturing facilities, and logistics partners.
- Lead integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coach, develop, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members while promoting a high-performance culture and company values.
