This role acts as the primary point of coordination between the organization, authorized distribution partners, and parts suppliers. The position focuses on building effective collaboration and driving performance within service parts warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service continuity.
Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of outsourced warehouse service providers

Define, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve warehouse productivity and service levels

Manage and optimize warehouse-related operating costs

Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements
-
Lead facility and process planning, including layout design, racking systems, material handling equipment, and productivity metrics such as lines per man-hour (LPMH)
2. Inventory & Logistics Flow Management

Design and optimize end-to-end parts flow from inbound receipt to outbound shipment to reduce lead time
-
Monitor and analyze warehouse productivity and LPMH performance
-
Establish and enforce operational cut-off times for picking, packing, and dispatch activities
3. Inbound Logistics & Customs Coordination
-
Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs service providers to manage inbound unloading and unpacking activities

Maintain accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) updates within relevant systems

Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of logistics partners
-
Work directly with customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant receipt of parts
4. Vehicle Off-Road (VOR) Parts Management

Serve as the key contact for urgent and critical parts requirements

Propose solutions or escalate cases to appropriate stakeholders when necessary
-
Track, analyze, and report performance related to urgent parts fulfillment
5. Compliance, Quality & Process Management
-
Maintain and apply quality management systems within the assigned operational scope
-
Ensure adherence to internal policies, codes of conduct, and standard operating procedures
-
Complete all required compliance and governance training
-
Ensure compliance with internal operating systems, process standards, and relevant certifications (e.g., ISO)
-
Act as the process and documentation coordinator, responsible for standardizing workflows and maintaining controlled documentation
6. Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or department leadership
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry, logistics, or supply chain management
-
Experience in aftersales operations, service parts, or warehouse management is an advantage
Skills & Competencies

Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
