Talent Acquisition Head

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the entire talent acquisition function, including strategy development, team management, and performance optimization.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in clinical, non-clinical, and leadership roles across various healthcare specialties.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruiting plans.
    • Manage and refine the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
    • Oversee the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes, ensuring high-quality hires that align with organizational values and objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and relevant employment regulations to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top healthcare professionals.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, hospitals, professional organizations, and other sources of talent to expand recruitment pipelines.
    • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to ensure a diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve.
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to measure the success of recruiting efforts and continuously improve processes and strategies.
    • Build and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
    • Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of new hires.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to management and hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare roles, including clinical, non-clinical, and administrative positions.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
    • Recruitment Expertise: Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and sourcing tools specific to healthcare talent.
    • Technology Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and HR technologies.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges effectively.
    • Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare-related employment laws, regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
