Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy Development
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term workforce needs.
- Collaborate with departments to forecast hiring demands and propose suitable recruitment plans.
- Enhance employer branding by leveraging effective communication methods and modern technologies.
- Plan and manage recruitment budgets efficiently.
Recruitment Process Management
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, resume screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires quickly adapt and integrate into the company.
Talent Pool Development
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, universities, training centers, and job platforms.
- Develop a database of potential candidates and utilize technology for effective talent sourcing.
Recruitment Team Management
- Assign tasks, supervise, and support the recruitment team to achieve optimal performance.
- Train and develop recruitment team members, fostering a dynamic and professional working environment.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular reports on recruitment effectiveness, success rates, and hiring costs.
- Analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure high-quality hires and time efficiency.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 1 year in a team management or equivalent role.
Professional Skills
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, modern recruitment tools, and techniques.
- Excellent candidate interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software and online recruitment platforms.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills for data evaluation.
Other Requirements
- Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing companies.
- Proficiency in English (equivalent to TOEIC 700+) or Japanese (equivalent to N2).
