Talent Acquisition Supervisor

    Responsibilities
    Recruitment Strategy Development

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term workforce needs.
    • Collaborate with departments to forecast hiring demands and propose suitable recruitment plans.
    • Enhance employer branding by leveraging effective communication methods and modern technologies.
    • Plan and manage recruitment budgets efficiently.

    Recruitment Process Management

    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, resume screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires quickly adapt and integrate into the company.

    Talent Pool Development

    • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, universities, training centers, and job platforms.
    • Develop a database of potential candidates and utilize technology for effective talent sourcing.

    Recruitment Team Management

    • Assign tasks, supervise, and support the recruitment team to achieve optimal performance.
    • Train and develop recruitment team members, fostering a dynamic and professional working environment.

    Reporting and Analysis

    • Provide regular reports on recruitment effectiveness, success rates, and hiring costs.
    • Analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure high-quality hires and time efficiency.

    Qualifications
    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 1 year in a team management or equivalent role.

    Professional Skills

    • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, modern recruitment tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent candidate interviewing and assessment skills.
    • Proficiency in HR management software and online recruitment platforms.

    Soft Skills

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills for data evaluation.

    Other Requirements

    • Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing companies.
    • Proficiency in English (equivalent to TOEIC 700+) or Japanese (equivalent to N2).
