Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions, including Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, EHS, Sales, and other corporate functions.
- Build and strengthen local talent networks through partnerships with vocational schools, colleges, employment agencies, and recruitment vendors.
- Plan and execute high-volume hiring initiatives to support workforce expansion and production requirements.
Recruitment Operations & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team of 2–4 members, ensuring strong performance and professional development.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, New Hire Retention, and Recruiter Productivity.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide strategic hiring support and labor market intelligence.
- Work with production and operational teams to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment plans with business objectives.
- Anticipate recruitment challenges and workforce risks, implementing proactive solutions to ensure hiring targets are achieved.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with 1–3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
