    Key Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for the daily setup, release, acceptance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BFT testing equipment, ensuring smooth production operations and timely resolution of issues.
    • Perform maintenance and management of specialized testing equipment, with a particular focus on Inline BFT systems.
    • Monitor production efficiency and yield performance for mass production BFT products and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Participate in BFT testing activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as test yield rate, equipment utilization rate, and UPH (Units Per Hour), and prepare daily and weekly reports accordingly.
    • Follow up on improvement actions and drive initiatives to continuously enhance test yield and operational efficiency.
    • Maintain the daily operational status of testing equipment and coordinate with equipment engineers on calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
    • Ensure compliance with equipment operating SOPs, production safety requirements, and data integrity standards.

    Requirements

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Integrated Circuit Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
    • Possess at least 3 years of experience in BFT/FT final testing, ATE testing, or related semiconductor testing operations.
    • Have experience with final testing processes in semiconductor assembly and testing facilities, which is highly preferred.
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital chip testing principles and applications.
    • Be able to read and interpret basic circuit schematics.
    • Be familiar with troubleshooting common test abnormalities and performing test data analysis and statistical reporting.
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of independently preparing test reports and organizing technical documentation.
    • Possess strong attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent execution capability.
    • Demonstrate good analytical and logical thinking skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
    • Be able to communicate effectively in either English or Chinese.
