Technical Account Manager

    1. Main Responsibilities:

    *Advanced Technical Sales Support

    • Work closely with the regional team and equipment vendors to create detailed technical proposals that meet customer needs.
    • Regularly update applications to match the current needs of the Vietnamese market.
    • Help prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring all sales documents are technically accurate.
    • Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
    • Partner with the technical service team to offer quick troubleshooting support, both online and on-site.

    *Sales

    • Lead marketing efforts, sales activities, and product consultations to effectively engage target customers.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales goals.
    • Take part in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals with potential clients.
    • Build, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

    *Project Management

    • Manage small to medium robot automation projects from the initial feasibility study to the final handover to the customer.
    • Work with various teams, such as engineering and customer support, to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Track project progress, spot potential risks, and take action to address them.
    • Keep stakeholders informed about project status and updates, and ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.

    2. Requirements:

    • Must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation, Machinery) or a related field.
    • Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in automation engineering or a related field.
    • Proactive and resourceful with strong negotiation, communication, and motivational skills.
    • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Willing to travel to sites when needed.
    • Strong time management skills and a customer-focused mindset.
