Responsibilities:
- Insight Planning: From the dimensions of products and solutions, provide in-depth insights into the product application landscape, customer pain points, and competitors, and explore leads/opportunity points from the product perspective.
- Customer Requirements Management: Fully communicate with customers' technical teams, deeply understand their requirements, provide valuable solutions, manage the entire process of requirements, and assist in defining international platform products.
- Product Expansion: Collaborate with overseas sales teams to form a CC3 operational team, jointly conduct market insight and expansion, assist in selection and commissioning, and be responsible for project success. Incubate and replicate competitive solutions in industries/regions to build customer influence and reputation.
- Internal Empowerment: Share successful cases, empower teams with solutions, and promote the enhancement of team capabilities.
Requirements:
- Major in electrical engineering or automation-related fields.
- Knowledge of the industrial automation industry, with an understanding of the basic functions of servos, inverters, and PLCs, as well as the applications of their related solutions.
- Experience with a reputable company in the industrial automation field is preferred.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and high motivation.
- Proficient in English and willing to travel overseas.
