Reporting direct: Head of Sales (Pyro Technology)
General Responsibilities: Ensure business growth in Vietnam and the ASEAN cement technology market for the service business
Main Tasks:
- Ensure business growth of the cement service market in Vietnam and ASEAN.
- Make preparations, improve, and keep technical and commercial offers, sales figures, and sales reports up to date.
- Develop markets, clients, and project opportunities in the cement Vietnamese market and the ASEAN region.
- Negotiate with clients and partners in the most effective and efficient way possible.
- Review client’s needs.
- Research industry trends to find out their consequences and propose an intensive business strategy to ensure profits and growth while comprising budgeting and short and midterm milestones – to deliver the annual and long-term targets
- Coordinate with existing clients for ongoing transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent product and technical knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience gained with cement technology
- Experience working in the Cement/Mining industry

- Good negotiation of sales deals
- Be skillful in risk assessment & opportunity management
- Strong sense of compliance with legal and corporate business processes
- Be able to work well in multiple geographies and within multicultural teams
- Be able to access and be respected by local industry and governmental stakeholders
- Strong client focus and engagement
- Good at building relationships with partners, stakeholders, and shareholders
- Good English skills in written and oral communication
