- Experience in preparing comprehensive technical specifications covering entire project scopes and developing offers using standard business software tools such as CRM and engineering design platforms.
- Competent in managing bids by coordinating across departments and locations, ensuring quality control and monitoring progress throughout the tendering process.
- Ability to support colleagues during the project execution phase as needed.
- Active participation in regional industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and network with key stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor and report on activities related to current and prospective clients, competitors, and suppliers to inform strategic decision-making.
- Willingness to support fully integrated plant projects within the Southeast Asia region when necessary.
- Ability to identify emerging industry trends and regulations, assess their business impact, and address them effectively in project development and sales strategies.
- Commitment to fostering localization efforts in processing technology by defining local or regional scopes of supply for components and engineering services.
