Job Summary:
The position will be responsible for driving sales of injection molding machines, identifying and
developing new customers among manufacturing companies, and providing technical support to ensure optimal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs; explain, advise, and provide product usage guidance, including related technical matters.
- Manage sales activities in the assigned territory and segments.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and payment terms, and draft contracts and order documentation.
- Sign orders and build long-term relationships with customers and distributors to achieve sales growth.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Plan sales strategies and service activities to meet assigned targets.
- Work towards achieving sales and revenue objectives.
- Address product- and service-related issues when necessary.
- Eligible for sales-based incentives.
Job Requirements
- University degree or higher in Economic/ Engineering, or a related customer service field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Willing to develop markets and sales channels for B2C, B2B, and B2G customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about technology, proactive in learning, and hardworking.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure; good health and willingness to travel for business.
- Proficient in English (business communication).
