Requirements:
- Mandatory: Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Build open, honest, and transparent relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentorship abilities.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Assertive, with the ability to act as the voice of reason and authority.

- Ensure continuous delivery while managing technical debt.
- Hands-on leader with experience managing small teams.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of recent Scrum Master experience.
- Ensure quality agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives).
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to teams and stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts between teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Skilled in negotiating priorities and timelines.
- Set the pace and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Ensure adherence to the team’s definition of done.
- Visualize and manage sprint work (e.g., card walls, burn-up charts).
- Maintain and manage the Master Story List (MSL).
Knowledge in at least 3 areas:
- Mobile (iOS/Android)
- Web (HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, JavaScript)
- Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP, SQL Server)
- Quality Assurance and Automation Testing
- Web Security (OWASP)
- Java, Oracle
- DevOps and Continuous Delivery
