This position is responsible for overseeing the technical maintenance of the Signature Show and managing the Maintenance Team to ensure the safe, efficient and high quality maintenance of the show and show equipment.
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily operations of the Show technical staff, including the daily, periodical and preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for all daily technical operations of the show and the maintenance of all specialised equipment, staffing, budgeting and overall managing of operations.
• Management and maintenance of Technical equipment and systems related to show; including but not limited to:
- Show lighting
- Show audio management
- Video
- Laser
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Electronics
- Networks
- Flames
- Water Effects
- Laser
- Pyrotechnics
• Duty cover for the Show Control position internal training responsibilities within the team structure for role cross training across show engineer & technician disciplines.
• Allocate tasks and work positions to Employees, resources and equipment as required.
• Program the annual maintenance tasks in accordance with the Annual Maintenance Plan.
• Develop operational practices, including adherence of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Works closely with others to ensure a high level of Safety, Service, Show and Efficiency.
• Carry out ‘On the Job’ training of Department Employees, according to the Training Plan.
• Ensure a safe, efficient, professional, respectful, and courteous culture.
• Execute and monitor Department Goals (KPI's), improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• 2+ years’ of management experience in international multimedia show operations and maintenance.
• A background in multimedia FFX and WFX show technical management preferred.
• Show management experience including:
- Basic knowledge in computer network & DMX Protocol. Light & Audio desk operation.
- Audio skills and knowledge. Video Projectors. Pyro technics (highly preferred). Laser systems (Pangolin) (highly preferred)
• Strong level of Technical English.
• Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc).
• A Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Good Leadership & Management skills

• Flexible working attitude
• Quick learner, Hands-on and problem solver.
• Conscious of Safety and Service
• Can work under high pressure
• Able to work outside, under the sun or during the holidays when required.
