Responsibilites:
- Guide customers in installing and operating system equipment.
- Analyze technical issues and troubleshoot problems during installation.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and post-sales support.
- Communicate and coordinate technical matters daily with design institutes.
- Participate in product technology implementation, communication, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Age: 24–38.
- College degree or higher (preferably in Water Supply & Drainage, Environmental Engineering, HVAC, or related fields).
- 5–10 years of experience in pump room or water supply/drainage system design, or 1.5–10 years as an application engineer.
- Preference for candidates with experience in building or urban water infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills.
- Candidates with experience working in design institutes are preferred.
