Technical Support Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, providing prompt and effective troubleshooting to international customers.
    • Offer expert guidance on product applications and technical inquiries related to the company’s product portfolio, both in the field and remotely.
    • Deliver comprehensive support services, including installation, product training, troubleshooting, and maintenance – both on-site and via remote platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with international customer service teams to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues for clients based in Vietnam.
    • Contribute to product development initiatives by providing the headquarters with relevant technical market insights and customer feedback.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the internal support system.

    Job Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent vocational training with practical experience in textile machinery will also be considered.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, technical support, or production roles within the machinery or textile industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of knitting technology, textile production processes, and machinery applications.
    • Strong technical understanding of electromechanical systems and machine functionality.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documentation, including mechanical drawings and user manuals.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse cultures.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
    • Willingness and flexibility to travel locally and internationally based on business needs.
