Overview
As a Full-stack Engineer – Platform, you will focus on improving developer productivity by designing and building tools and infrastructure that streamline internal workflows. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to simplify development processes and enable a seamless DevOps experience. We’re looking for someone passionate about enhancing engineering efficiency, skilled at reducing complexity through automation, self-motivated, adaptable to dynamic environments, and a collaborative team player with empathy and a solutions-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operate self-service platforms and internal engineering tools
- Improve development workflows and environments across teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve platform inefficiencies
- Contribute to tool creation that reduces developer cognitive load and increases velocity

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in web development
- Strong expertise in architecture design and tech stack selection
- Deep experience with TypeScript, Rust, Java, Go, or similar languages
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and quality assurance tools
- Experience using public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS)
- English fluency for daily communication and collaboration (CEFR B1+)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Helm)
- CI/CD pipeline design and operation experience
- Platform engineering experience in teams of 50+ engineers
- Agile/Scrum knowledge and conversational Japanese (JLPT N2+)
