Work location: Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overlook team performance on a daily, weekly, monthy, quarterly and annually basis
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve main and sub KPIs
- Provide training and support to team members
- Handle difficult cases/calls from team members
- Report on daily operation and team performance when required
- Collect information on customers' feedbacks or any concern about products
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
Requirement
- Graduted from college or university
- More than 1 year of experience in the same position
- Can manage a team from 10 members
- Experience in Nutrition is preferred
- Good people management, planning, analyzing and reporting skill
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and honest person
