Job Location
Dholera, a thriving Smart City situated in Gujarat, an important economic hub in Gujarat and is known for its high levels of development and infrastructure. It is also a central transportation hub, with good connectivity to other parts of Gujarat and India through roads, railways, and airports. Nearest business hubs include Ahmedabad City & Airport (120km away) and Pipavav Port (200km away). Future connectivity plans for Dholera include the development of Dholera Airport and an ongoing project for an Express Highway.
Qualifications:
- Essential Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
Requisite Skills:
- Good Expertise in Solar Cell Mfg. Maintenance.
- Knowledge and hands-on Maintenance experience of Diffusion+ Annealing + Dryers etc.
- Must have in-depth exposure on thermal tool Maintenance & its related process defects solutions.
- To carry out the preventive and breakdown maintenance of the Thermal Tools.
- Manage the spares & consumables of the Thermal tools.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for Maintenance & their revision as per requirement
- Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
- To provide production and maintenance support to the customer in the final stage.
- Training & Developing of technical teams
- To educate the cell maintenance team about preventive and breakdown maintenance & root cause analysis.
- Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
- Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that might be relevant to the firm's technology roadmap.
