Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning products with nearly 50 years of operation and a presence in over 100 countries. The company entered Vietnam in 2023 with a Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City and is now looking to establish a branch in the North.
Position Overview:
As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will focus on implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand visibility and sales for residential air conditioners. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure smooth execution and alignment with the overall marketing strategy. Your role will be hands-on, requiring collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maximize impact in the retail field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trade marketing activities including campaigns, promotions, and events to support retail sales.
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement in-store marketing and promotional materials.
- Coordinate event logistics for product launches, roadshows, and dealer activities.
- Ensure proper execution of promotional strategies and monitor the performance of promotional campaigns.
- Support the Marketing Manager by gathering insights from the field and reporting on the effectiveness of trade activities.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends to the Marketing Manager.
- Conduct local market research, collect and analyze information on company products, and create competitive market strategies.
- Develop and manage media channels and foster relationships with industry-related media organizations for increased visibility and brand awareness.
- Assist in managing, tracking, and reporting on market promotion activities, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and manage a promotion team, including handling internal training and external recruitment to support market development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, after-sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives.
