Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, user-centred UI components, prototypes, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, development, and design) to define product requirements and create effective solutions
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target audience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Ability to produce animation or motion solution demos to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field (e.g., visual design, interaction design, human-computer interaction)
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with front-end development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js (or willingness to learn)
- Experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in STEM, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
